"Booking was easy enough, I guess"
The booking process was straightforward overall. I did run into one small hiccup along the way, which was a little annoying, but it wasn’t a big deal in the end. Got it sorted and managed to book without too much trouble

"Ended Up Calling Instead"
I tried using the site to compare trips, but it got frustrating fast. The filters kept resetting, the pages were slow to load, and I didn’t feel comfortable booking anything without being sure I was seeing the right options. After a while, I just gave up and called instead. It definitely needs some cleanup to feel more reliable.

"Not the Deal I Was Hoping For"
I thought I’d get a better deal going through Costco Travel, but it really wasn’t much cheaper than just booking everything on my own. The hotel was fine, no big complaints there, but once the fees showed up and I saw how limited some of the options were, it just didn’t feel like a great value overall.

I booked a hotel package through Costco and overall it went smoothly. The price felt fair compared to what I was seeing elsewhere, and the Costco Shop Card showed up afterward like promised. Checkout was a little slower than I expected, especially on the final payment page, but it wasn’t a huge deal. I’d probably use it again if the package price lines up.

"Check-in went smoother than I expected"
The room assignment was spot on, which I appreciated more than I thought I would. I always have this tiny worry at check-in that something will get mixed up, especially after traveling and already thinking about dinner or where I left my charger, but nope, everything was exactly right. No confusion, no back-and-forth, just got the room and moved on. Happy with the whole thing.

"Nice perks, but I had to do some of the legwork"
I booked a hotel package through Costco Travel, and the perks were nice. We ended up getting a room upgrade and some resort credit, which definitely helped make the stay feel a little better. The price was decent too, so I can’t really complain too much there. But the part that bugged me was how unclear the details were before the trip. I kind of expected everything to be sorted out already, but I had to call the hotel myself just to make sure the upgrade was actually noted. Seems like that should’ve been handled without me chasing it down. In the end, it all worked out, but it didn’t feel as easy as I thought it would. Not a bad experience, just a bit mixed.

"Helpful when we really needed it"
We had to call Costco Travel about the insurance for our trip after my husband got sick, and I thought it was going to be a whole ordeal. I wasn’t even sure what paperwork we needed or anything. The person I spoke with was really patient and explained everything in a way that actually made sense. They sent the info over right away, and the claim process went smoother than I expected. I checked out the package option thinking it would save me some money, but it actually ended up costing more than booking everything separately. Come on now, what’s the point of offering a package if it’s more expensive? Definitely worth comparing prices before you book.

"Kind of a hit or miss stay"
I booked this through Costco Travel the hotel was disappointing. It felt like one of those hit or miss places, and unfortunately this was more of a miss for us. The room had a damp smell, the carpet looked really worn, and the bathroom didn’t seem like it had been cleaned very well. The staff was fine, not rude or anything, but for the price I was expecting a lot better

"Costco got my flight issue sorted fast"
The airline changed my flight times, which was annoying because it kind of threw off my plans. I contacted Costco Travel, they handled it way faster than I expected. I was worried it would turn into a whole back-and-forth thing, but nope, they got it fixed quickly. Super relieved, especially since travel stuff can get stressful fast

I expected a little more from Costco Travel. The agent was polite enough, but they didn’t seem to know the details of my booking and kept putting me on hold. I ended up having to explain the same issue twice, which gets really tiring when you’re already dealing with it again. It wasn’t the worst customer service experience, but it didn’t feel very professional either.
